The law firms MT Legal and Urban & Hejduk announce their intention to merge, effective as of January 1st, 2026. From this date, they will operate jointly under the business name Solkind s.r.o., law firm.
By merging two stable, professionally strong, and value-aligned teams, a law firm is being formed with an expanded portfolio of legal services and greater regional reach – with offices in Prague, Brno, and Ostrava.
We would like to assure you that this merger does not affect the validity of any existing contractual obligations or powers of attorney granted. Our cooperation will continue seamlessly and without change, with a continued emphasis on the high quality of the service provided.
The merger will formally be completed at the turn of the year 2025/2026. Our goal is to manage the entire process transparently, on time, and with respect for all our business partners.
