We provide legal services and advice in the field of environmental law and mining legislation. We focus primarily on mining issues, both in terms of mining law and the Mining Act or the Geological Works Act. We assist clients in setting up legal processes related to the licensing of exploration and mining activities, as well as environmental protection issues.

We provide support to private and public clients in the field of environmental law, both in matters related to the Nature and Landscape Protection Act and in connection with other legal regulations (Czech or European).

We also offer our clients representation in administrative and court proceedings related to the protection and use of mineral resources. We have particular experience in proceedings before state mining authorities, ministries, and other administrative bodies. In disputes, we defend our clients’ interests in connection with the search for and exploration of mineral deposits and mining permits.

Legal analyses, consultations, and expert opinions focused on mining legislation, environmental law, emission allowances, and related areas of administrative law are also an integral part of our practice. We provide our clients with detailed legal overviews and support them in the preparation and implementation of investment projects.
