When resolving disputes for clients, we seek the most advantageous solution. We assist clients in reaching amicable settlements, which are usually the most time- and cost-effective. If such a solution is not possible, we represent clients in court proceedings in the Czech Republic at all stages of the proceedings, including proceedings before the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Constitutional Court.
We also have extensive experience in representing clients in judicial reviews of administrative decisions, including representation before the Supreme Administrative Court.
In the case of foreign disputes, we provide legal representation to clients through our cooperating colleagues abroad. In this context, we primarily use cooperation within the reliable global GA network, i.e., an international alliance of independent law firms, which brings our clients the advantage of fast and affordable services.
