Andrej is an of counsel who, in addition to his legal practice, has also spent more than six years as head of the compliance and AML department at a leading Czech bank specialising in private clients. He is therefore an expert particularly in banking, capital markets and securities. His practical experience in this field is complemented by his theoretical knowledge gained through his studies in Finance at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, University of Economics, Prague. As part of his legal practice, Andrej also deals with data protection and is Solkind’s lead expert in this area.
