Daniel is managing associate at Solkind, having previously practised at a leading Czech law firm, following several years’ experience in the non-profit sector and civil service. At the firm, he provides comprehensive legal advice to Czech and international clients at all stages of Czech court and administrative proceedings, as well as in arbitration. He has represented clients before the ordinary courts, administrative courts and arbitration tribunals in a number of complex disputes, particularly in the areas of damages, construction, engineering, disputes arising from acquisition agreements, disputes arising from contracts for work and sales contracts, employment law, as well as various other proceedings of a commercial, civil or administrative nature. In addition to representing clients in litigation, he specialises within the firm in real estate transactions and legal advice relating to commercial and civil law, particularly contracts for work, sales contracts, as well as other specialised aspects of contract law and contracts for the business sector. Within the firm, he is also responsible for German-speaking clients and their affairs.
