While studying at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, Daniela gained experience in the legal profession and in the field of public procurement. She worked as a law clerk at a general practice law firm and subsequently at a construction company participating in public procurement procedures, where she focused primarily on analyzing tender documentation, preparing contractual documents, and compiling materials for court proceedings. At the Solkind law firm, she first worked as a law clerk and later joined the firm as an associate attorney. In her practice, she focuses primarily on public procurement and related legal issues concerning contracting authority practices.
