Jakub is a partner and founding member of our law firm. He specialises primarily in litigation, insolvency law and arbitration. Prior to founding our law firm, he worked at the law firm Urban & Hejduk. He represents clients in hundreds of disputes before Czech courts, in administrative proceedings and in insolvency proceedings, where he represents both creditors and debtors. He also has experience in domestic and international arbitration under the rules of the ICC, SCC and UNCITRAL.
