Before joining the Solkind law firm, Jan spent three years at the Moravian-Silesian Regional Cohesion Council – initially as a lawyer specialising in the preparation of tender procedures and the administration of public contracts, and subsequently as a specialist in the field of public procurement. In this role, he was primarily involved in setting up the public procurement control system within the Moravian-Silesian Regional Operational Programme (ROP MS). At Solkind, he specialises specifically in the field of public investment.
