Before joining the Solkind law firm, Honza worked as a lawyer at the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, where he focused primarily on public procurement. During his studies, he gained experience both in private practice and in the legal departments of companies such as Československá obchodní banka and LEGO. He also completed a number of internships at courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.
