Jan is a partner and founding member of our law firm. He specialises primarily in civil and commercial law, energy and real estate. Prior to founding our law firm, he worked at the law firm Urban & Hejduk. He has worked for more than twenty years in both international and Czech law firms. He studied in Passau and completed an internship in Zurich. He has been involved in hundreds of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, company formations and comprehensive advisory services for both Czech and foreign clients. He is a sought-after expert in the field of energy.
