Jiří is senior associate at Solkind, where he began his career as a trainee solicitor. Prior to this, he spent almost six years as a trainee solicitor and legal assistant at a leading Czech law firm, where he focused on dispute resolution. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where he specialised in both procedural and substantive civil law, as well as criminal law. During his studies, he undertook a study placement as part of the Erasmus programme at the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands, where he studied European and international law. In his legal practice, he specialises in dispute resolution, including arbitration, contract law and corporate law.
