Detailed Profile
Information
Kateřina is a Junior associate at Solkind. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2009 with a Master's and then worked at the Ministry of the Environment. She first encountered subsidy law and procurement law as a project and programme manager of the Operational Programme Environment, and from 2013 onwards, she became head of the Unit for Legal Support of EU Funds in the Department of EU Funds. In her work, she primarily represented the Ministry before the court in proceedings related to subsidy implementation, managed public procurement control procedures for projects and set the methodological framework for subsidy implementation. Her long-standing interest in the intersection between law and new technologies led her to finish an LL.M. degree in Information and Communication Technology Law in 2026.
