Kristýna is senior associate at Solkind Law Firm, having previously worked at a leading Czech law firm. During her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, she undertook a one-semester study visit to the Université de Montréal in Canada. In her practice, she advises commercial companies on their day-to-day corporate affairs and acquisition activities, both during the preparatory phase (conducting legal due diligence) and when negotiating complex transaction documentation. She also assists clients in the areas of real estate transactions and construction. He also specialises in the energy sector, with a focus on the electricity and gas industries (regulation, contractual relationships with customers, EFET framework agreements, construction and operation of energy facilities, and supported energy sources).
