Marek is a founding partner of our law firm. He specialises primarily in litigation and arbitration, international dispute resolution, intellectual property law, and mergers and acquisitions. Before founding our law firm, he spent more than 10 years as a founding partner at the law firm Urban & Hejduk, and prior to that, ten years at two leading Czech law firms. He has been involved in resolving hundreds of disputes before the ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, including cases with an international element. He has also acted as an arbitrator in dozens of local and international disputes. He has long provided comprehensive advice in the field of intellectual property and on commercial transactions.
