Martin is senior associate at Solkind Law Firm, where he has worked since 2019, initially as a trainee solicitor. His practice focuses primarily on public procurement, including transport services, and contract law. Before joining Solkind, Martin worked as a lawyer at the Central Military Hospital – Military Teaching Hospital Prague, where he practised general law, with a particular focus on contract law, public procurement and healthcare law. In the past, he also worked at the Parliamentary Institute, the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of the Environment, where he gained experience in, amongst other things, the drafting of legislative proposals, environmental law, constitutional law and European Union law.
