Information
Petr is a partner and founding member of our law firm. He specialises primarily in public procurement and related EU law, as well as in the ICT sector. Prior to founding our law firm, he worked at the law firm MT Legal. He has contributed to the drafting of public procurement legislation and is a co-author of commentaries on Act No. 134/2016 Coll. as well as methodologies relating to previous legislation. He possesses detailed knowledge of European and Czech case law and the decision-making practice of the Office for the Protection of Competition. He is a registered mediator and regularly publishes in the specialist press.
