Radek is a junior associate at the law firm Solkind. He has been part of the Solkind team since 2019, when he initially worked at the firm as a permanent legal assistant. Whilst studying at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň, he also completed a one-year study programme at the Università di Catania, Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza in Italy. As part of his trainee practice, he focuses primarily on contract law, corporate law (including M&A), insolvency law and litigation.
