René is a partner at our law firm. He specialises primarily in international dispute resolution, arbitration and sports law. Prior to founding our law firm, he worked at the law firm Urban & Hejduk. He advises clients at all stages of litigation and arbitration proceedings, including proceedings before the Commercial Court of the Czech Republic and the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic, as well as international institutions (ICC, LCIA, VIAC, UNCITRAL). He also specialises in investment arbitration (ICSID) and the protection of foreign investments. In the field of sport, he acts, among other things, at the CAS, in UEFA disciplinary proceedings and as an adjudicator for the FAČR. He completed the MIDS LL.M. programme in Geneva.
