Šárka focuses primarily on transaction advisory services in the area of mergers and acquisitions, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence and the preparation of comprehensive contractual documentation. A significant part of her practice also involves advising on commercial and employment law, including day-to-day corporate matters. She has been involved in a number of significant projects for both Czech and international clients, including in the areas of venture capital investments, property development projects and corporate restructurings.
