Vojtěch is senior associate at Solkind Law Firm, having previously worked in the legal department of a major international company operating in the chemical and consumer goods sectors. In his practice, Vojtěch focuses on resolving domestic and international disputes, including arbitration proceedings, and specialises in particular in sports law and sports arbitration. Vojtěch also has extensive experience in representing clients in disputes concerning unfair competition and personality rights, as well as advising clients on intellectual property matters, including dealings with the Industrial Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Whilst studying at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, Vojtěch completed a one-year study programme at the University of Glasgow, School of Law in Scotland, where he focused on international law and environmental law. After passing his bar exam, he completed a work placement at the Brussels office of the law firm Grimaldi Alliance, where he contributed to complex projects and analyses in the field of European Union law.
