After completing his master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Erik worked at a law firm in Zlín, where he had already worked as a legal assistant during his studies and continued as a trainee solicitor from 2025. In his practice, he focuses primarily on contract law, litigation, contractual matters and contract reviews, property law and related administrative proceedings, as well as insolvency and enforcement law. He also has experience in the fields of sports and commercial law. In addition to his legal education, he studied economics and management, which enables him to view legal issues within a broader commercial context. His professional profile also includes international educational experience and active involvement in specialist and educational projects.
